Shopping for crafts from lovely local ladies. These women are in a 1 year education class with Hope 4 Kids women's program. I enjoyed browsing & buying; bought a cute purse, bracelet, & colorful African fabric. Yay!!

SOCCER!

Later on July 21st we watched the HOPE 4 KIDS football finals. This league was started by Tom Eggum & the local HOPE 4 KIDS staff. Various teams in the area compete all season.

This was the championship game.

Many locals came out to cheer as football is thee favorite sport here for sure! Fun to watch such talented players!

Congratulations to Tom & H4KI for bringing this football league to Tororo, Uganda.

SUPPER!

Pastor Ruth hosted our team at her house for homemade Samosas.

The samosas and everything else was delicious.

Nice evening for visiting in the yard with Pastor Ruth's family.

Sunday service was off the charts awesome! Great music, message & moves. ;-)

After church I borrowed this bike for a quick pedal.

I nearly crashed while trying to balance the sugar cane and grasp for the brakes that didn't exist. YIKES!
