A few more photos from Lee School in Nyafumba Village...
When we arrived at the school (July 19) we had an enthusiastic welcome from the school kids.
Singing!
Small world story: I didn't know when we arrived at this school (but found out before we left) that the land for this school "Lee Preparatory Academy" and the development of this property with teachers etc was funded by Arizona friends of ours; Terry & Sara Lee!!! Wow! I am so happy I got to see this beautiful property and ALL the children they are helping with a wonderful education, clean drinking water, soccer field and more. It's really an amazing project that is changing lives.
Best smile!
Hello Hello!
April with many hugs.
Heidi too.
In addition to Dress a Girl there was the medical check-up for all the students.
3 doctors from the USA are traveling with our Hope4Kids International team.
They are checking for fevers, malaria, colds, skin conditions, stomach issues...
Big blessing to recieve this care!
We finished the day here with games.
April blowing bubbles to the kiddos.

Duck, Duck, Goose!
A very, VERY good day!
While many of us were in Nyafumba Village to Dress a Girl (& do medical check-ups) others from our team went to Sibanga Village to deliver mosquito nets & build a mud hut for a child (& family) who is in H4KI sponsorship program.
So great to hear the children laughing and having a good time!
ReplyDeleteI love having the videos for that reason... great to hear their giggles!
