Uganda (Dress a Girl)

Dress a Girl.
Bunyinza Village
This was my 2nd day helping our team give pretty dresses to beautiful girls. During our 10 days in Uganda HOPE 4 KIDS International hosted 3 days of Dress a Girl at different sponsored schools.
There were dresses for the babies...
... dresses for the little girls ...
... and dresses for the older girls.
All of these lovely outfits brought happiness.
Each dress is made with love by giving seamstresses all around the world.
Thank YOU!
Girls waited patiently in-line inside.

Girls waited patiently in-line outside.

I pretty much love Dress a Girl day!

We thank the village of Bunyinza for their very warm welcome when we arrived!
Many kids were waiting for us to get off the bus.
They were excited to play and we were too.
Singing by the school choir.
So nice!
Pencils, lollipops & games were a big hit with the boys.

Jenn & Carol Anne set up a scarf shop for the women. Local ladies had fun selecting a scarf perfect for them. Thanks to those from Jenn & Carol Anne's church who donated scarves. Their church in Virginia is also the main sponsor for the village of Bunyinza. A few years ago their church raised money to dig a water well. Their church also supports the village church and school with many of the students being sponsored by their church members. Great people making a great difference! So amazing to see it all in person. #loveafrica
