First Flight (Johnson)

August 12: At Kilimanjaro airport and excited to go on Johnson's 1st flight!!!!!!

Malaysia here we come!!!

That's our airplane: Qatar Airlines

Such great anticipation for this day and now it's here!!!! 

Into the plane we go.

Comfy in our 3 seats. Johnson with the window view.

 I LOVE all these photos but especially this one.

Johnson loved his 1st flight. When we asked him about it he thought it would feel faster on take-off and also faster in the air. I can see that, especially when you hear how fast a plane travels.

We had a few hour layover in Qatar.

So we browsed the terminal which was pretty modern & fancy.

In no time Johnson & Bob were sleeping. This flight and the 1st one were both around 6 hours. We all needed some sleep.

We've arrived in Malaysia!

It was a late arrival on 8/13 and then an hour drive to our hotel. We woke in Malacca on 8/14 to try out a new country, new culture and new food for all of us. Our adventure continues!!
