Me: Back to the Bells. My first time this vacation & Bob's 3rd. Danielle's 2nd & the kid's 1st trip ever. The Maroon Bells = GORGEOUS!

We convinced the kids to hike 3 miles round trip from Maroon Lake to Crater Lake.

Never underestimate how motivating ice cream is. All 3 kids did it & that mountain lake water was freezing cold!

Danielle & the kids took off after our morning hike. Well, after the kids collected on their ice cream cones. Huge thanks to the 4 of them for making the drive from Denver to spend time with us in Aspen. We packed our days with fun!
WOW...just seeing Maroon Bells brings back happy memories of our visit....I love the picture of Harley....I think she could be a dog model....so good that you got to spend time with your niece and her family!
