What I posted on instagram & Facebook at 7:45am this morning.
Not long after there were many road closures (including I-17) for flash flooding. I turned on the TV to catch this elderly woman being rescued from her van. She got stuck when she tried to cross a flooding intersection. She is very lucky & you could see how shaken up she was later. :-(
Other than that the rain is great!
I saw on the Today Show that Phoenix was to get rain....on Tuesday Stephanie and Karlie came to check on Abby and there was 4 1/2" of rain in our gauge!
