Martin: Hazelnut and chocolate cake. Tasted as good as it looked. It's already missing one or two of the toppings thanks to unknowns who couldn't keep their hands off. 

 Me: Back on the trails this morning for a 10 mile run. 

And back to the ruins again - west end of South Mountain. Notice my new running shoes? Just a little bright!

"Jesus Loves U" message is still there. It was a good morning.

Harley's pretty sure that my new shoes will come in handy if we ever get lost on the trails. We'll be easy to spot!
