I'm turning over a new leaf today & breaking the habit of eating so much sugar. It's a hard branch for me to separate from. :-( I know that consuming a lot of sugar is just not good for you (why can't it be good for me!?).
When you say sugar do you mean chocolate???

Yes, boo hoo hoo hoo hoo. :-( Trying to cut it out or least reduce the amount significantly! It's hard.
