9-10-14

Martin: Guylain for coffee and a choc cake.
Me: Busy bees around here! Bob & Bob putting up another string of yard lights yesterday.
Tug of War string test. Just making sure the string is strong enough. Check!
Pat and Harley were busy inside. They agreed that Pat would cook the food and Harley would eat what falls on the floor (or any food you slip her). Check!
 Lights working? Check!
We had a lovely evening outside enjoying the lights & the food that Pat & Harley prepared.
This morning…still busy! Before heading to the airport at 8:45am we squeezed in a few more projects. Bob & Bob planted this lovely (and prickly) Golden Barrel in our blue pot. And Pat made Apricot Dream Bars. Nicely done everyone!

Bob, Bob & Pat departed at 9am and are back in the bay. Harley & I are missing them already. It was a quick but really nice visit. Thanks, Pat & Bob for coming out & getting your hands dirty. :-)

  3. Bob flew back to CA with his folks. He's spending a couple days there; flying with his dad, playing tennis, visiting his sister and family.
