Me: Yesterday evening was our Vitesse Cycling Team Christmas party. I believe we have around 80 team members and a good number of them attended the party at Tim's home. Tim (Vitesse President) and his wife Carolyn host our party every year and it's top notch. Views from their balcony are breathtaking! Catered BBQ is delicious. Games with our good friends is a blast and that's followed up by a fun awards ceremony!
This year's party had a Jenga competition. What a cool event to do with everyone!
Janet and I started out tough, winning our first match. But sadly I picked the losing block in the next game.
Bob (who we missed at the party) and I came home with some great awards. Bob received the "Fold Up Bicycle Cyclist of the Year" award. Bob uses his Bike Friday (official name of his foldable bike) regularly in Dallas and gets in some great training with it. I was honored to receive the Vitesse "Cyclist of the Year" award. Thank you, Vitesse! Loved the awards given out to others too!
Here's Tim, our gracious party host and team president.
Wonderful party! Thank you, Tim!

Here's Heidi, yesterday's 2nd party host. She throws an annual jam'n Christmas gathering with all our closest friends. TONS of food and sweets, even Karaoke. Thank you, Heidi for the amazing night.
Kristin and I by the fire at Heidi's party after we ate cookies, fudge, candied almonds, cheese cake & caramel corn. :-/
Christmas is off to a GREAT start!

Relieved to know that Bob made it out of icy Dallas and is safely in the Cayman Islands. Here's his pack on the beach after he took a swim in the ocean. PS: That awesome pack is a Christmas gift from his folks. Love it.
Congrats on your award...love the pics of your party...looks like you had a great time. Bob in Cayman Island...glad he isn't battling the ice in Dallas! Your Christmas is off to a great start!
