Today was a traveling day. But before we left town we ate breakfast at our favorite Leadville bakery/coffee shop. I LOVE this artist's work hanging on the walls; bikes painted on old windows!

A couple pics from our Friday pre-ride (day before the race). 1st pic: Bob, me, Dean & Heidi. 2nd pic: same 4 plus Ryan on the left. Ryan broke 8 hours on race day! Awesome!! He's a youngster - just 21.

On the ride back to our rental house we biked past a funky old building.
