My mom made it to Arizona yesterday! She flew down with Monte & Emily (Janna's parents). Mom was so happy to meet her newest great-grandson, Keelan (now 10 weeks old).
This was also the first time for Grandpa, Monte to meet his newest grandson. Precious moment!
Keelan is Monte & Emily's 11th grandchild.
And for mom…her 34th great-grandchild. It was hard to get mom to come to Arizona this year & I'm not sure how long we'll get her to stick around (open ended ticket right now). But…at 88 years old mom says she's too old to travel. We are glad she's back & I think she is doing well so I hope this stay will be special. I know it was motivating for her to meet & hold baby Keelan. :-)
