Me collapsed on the asphalt after biking 100 miles. 3 friends and I climbed 7,100 ft over 100 miles at the Mining Country Challenge from Superior, AZ. Tough ride.
And next time I'll remember to put on my sun screen. :-(
WOW....100 miles...I can't imagine riding that far...hope tomorrow you can have some R&R....wish you could have joined Bob on his excursion.
