Martin: Nice day today in the low 20's.
Me: We started in the dark (7am).
Jason (L) was on my 4 coed team. Jay was racing on a 4 man team.
We ended in the dark (7pm)

We had fun the hours in between! Hanging out, eating and hydrating.
Even Harley came down to cheer us on!
I did 5 laps for the day. My fastest was 29:13. Brent got in 6 laps. His best lap: 27:42. Each lap is 7 miles on twisty, up & down, dirt single track trails.
What a nice surprise when Janna, the kids, Mike and Abbie showed up. It was a beautiful night by Tempe Town Lake.
Topped off the day with an after party and awards! Geoff (far left) was our 4th team mate. He also got in 7 laps with his fastest being: 27:39.
12 Hours in the Papago was a great event!
Vitesse, Rattle and Roll. We raced hard, had a blast and won our category! :-)

Thanks, Karen! Was a fun day. However, I raced while I was still sick and I've been paying for it yesterday and today. Have a horrible migraine and coughing too. :-(
