4-9-12

Martin: Creek was running low. It was about four metres deep at this point around three weeks ago during heavy rains. 
Me: Jerome and I on the trails yesterday evening.
Bob and I had joined Andrew and Jerome for a little mountain biking in South Mountain.

    Hi Karen, Our evening cruise on the trails was just a casual outing. It wasn't part of our training but every little bit helps, right!? :-)
