Bob loves his boots. I have been a little wary of mine just walking around the house. So I put duct tape on the bottom to do a short hike. Felt pretty good...phew.
PS: Lov'n the cool morning & evening temps. Fall in Phoenix is lovely.
It's finally cooling off in Ohio...for the last 2 weeks we have had record breaking temp's in the 90's...too hot...love the idea of duck tape on your hiking boots...hope they will do you well on your trip!
