Picked up our friends at noon today. The had a LONG flight from Australia but were still smiling through the jet lag! :-)
They even did HOT Yoga at 4pm with me. It was their 1st ever yoga class + a very hot room = TOUGH! They did great & even said they'd do yoga again sometime!
Adrian is on the right. He is Martin & Ruth's oldest son. We got some time with Adrian in 2012 when we went to Australia. It's great to see him again! Russel is a friend of Adrian's. They both work for Virgin Australia on the ground. Russel & Adrian have a fun month of traveling in the states planned. Arizona is stop #1 & they'll be staying with us a week. Yay!!
Congrats to both Adrian and Russel for doing hot yoga after a long flight from Australia...I know you and Bob will show them a wonderful time in AZ.
