Today's theme word was "SWEET" so I posted the "Sweet" rainbow pic for class. :-)
This giant Octopus was fun to watch. He (or she) crawled all over the glass for everyone to see.
Check out these jelly fish. I'm not a fan but they sure look cool!
One of yesterday's highlights was going to the Monterey Aquarium. This place is amazing & huge (it was an old sardine canning company). It's filled with interesting sea creatures…Sardines, Squid, Sharks, Jelly Fish, Otters and more!
Can we take this otter home?! He was chill, just taking a nap while floating on his back. He had 6 pack abs too (jealous!).
We're flying back to Phoenix this morning. It was a quick trip but the travel was really slick. We packed in some awesome stuff & look forward to returning to Monterey (hopefully soon). Thanks for such a wonderful time & congrats on your new home away from home. It's just perfect!

ReplyDeleteYes, on Sunday she gives us a word for each day of the week. I think we have another week in the class. I've really enjoyed it! And fun to be doing it with Mary Mia.
