Martin: What greeted us the first day we were home.
Me: Original aboriginal art from Australia! LOVE IT!
Thanks so much to my sister-in-law (Bob's sister) and our brother-in-law, Rod for giving us this beautiful piece of art! Mary-Mia and Rod bought this aboriginal art painting when they were in Australia several years ago. They had it hanging in their home but recently remodeled and didn't have a good place to display it anymore. We are thrilled that they passed it on to us! Of course art from Australia has special meaning having just been there a few months ago. It goes in our home perfectly, looking quite nice next to the wheel wall. Thanks again M & Rod! We love it.
We had a good and busy day with Pat and Bob. Began our morning with a desert walk, did a LOT of projects around the house (whew!), went to a local nursery to seek out citrus trees, had a shopping spree at Costco, Pat made a delicious roast dinner, watched Kavan for a couple hours and Bob worked on several real estate items. Now it's time to watch Dancing with the Stars with some tea and chocolate. :-)
