Me: Bob after his bike ride eating my specialty du jour, protein pancakes. The recipe uses Chia seeds, whole oats & Kamut flour. Nutritious and yummy!

    Bob rode 70 miles and I did 50. So I was home before him to get the pancakes going. We ate more today! I'll send you the recipe. Do you like pancakes?
