Me: Bob sent me this photo today. The cockpit as they were getting ready to leave New Orleans (the chart is displayed on the screen for the New Orleans airport).

And here's a video Bob took as they were skimming the tops of the clouds. Bob: "Kinda fun to see our shadow on the top of the clouds. It also formed this neat circular rainbow around the shadow."

Me: Our beautiful roses! I cut a colorful bouquet from our front yard today. Love 'em!

Martin: Baby sitting this guy -' Wilson'. Belongs to Ruth's sister who has gone over to Paris for ten days and then onto Spain for three weeks.
Me: Hanging out at the Hyatt Regency in Scottsdale. We took my niece, Janna (bride to be) out for a day of pampering. Morning pedicures, lunch and then hang'n by the pool all afternoon. Janna's wedding is just 3 weeks away! In the pic: Me, Yasmin, Janna & Leah.

PS: Scroll down as Martin has filled in the gaps for his missing pics. There are some great photos too! Thanks for sending them, Martin!

Martin: Another windy and overcast day down along Botany Bay at the entrance to the George's River. Took Adrian here for a run along the foreshore pathway.
Me: A little flower growing out of a cactus.

Martin: Drum major at the Scottish Highland Gathering held at Bundanoon.
Me: Got up at 3:45am to drive to Tucson at 4:30am. Started biking Mt. Lemmon at 7:00am. Rode to the top (9,157ft), biking a total of 67 miles. Ate yummy pepperoni pizza in Summerhaven before descending 30 miles fast down the mountain. Home at 3:30pm. Good day. We're beat!

Martin: There were over five hundred pipes and drummers in this combined performance. Sound was unbelievable. The columns were turning around at this point to march back up the field.
Me: My mother-in-law told me about this program: Cranes for Kids. OSH KOSH will donate one article of clothing to Japan for every origami crane that is made and dropped off in one of their stores. A way to reach out to those affected by the Tsunami. I made some cranes today.
